Terms and procedure for return

After the return arrives at our warehouse, we check it up to 3 business days for compliance with all the rules below (When we accept the goods sent by you, the status of this order in your account in the order history will change from “Delivered” to “Returned”) .
After we accept and verify, the funds will be automatically credited to your personal account within two business days. You can pay for new orders with funds from your personal account. Also, pay with this money for orders that have already been placed, if they have not yet been shipped from our warehouse (you will receive a notification that the money has been credited).
Please note that if the order was partially or fully paid for with bonuses, then when returning the goods, bonuses are returned to the bonus account as the first priority. If the amount of bonuses does not cover the cost of the goods, then the difference in hryvnias is credited to the personal account.

You can also withdraw money in 2 ways:

Transfer them to a bank card (95% of transfers are credited to the card within 5 minutes. For some banks, crediting funds may take up to 24 hours)
Transfer to your bonus account on our website.
To process the withdrawal of money, you must contact the manager.

If you received a defective product or received something different from what you ordered, and at the same time you paid for the return shipping, we will compensate this amount by crediting it to your personal account or returning it to your card.

Goods sent by mistake or defective or must be returned with original tags and in original packaging. In this case, we pay the costs of shipping the goods. To do this, you need to attach a check to the return application;

Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept returns in some cases:

After 14 days from the date of its receipt;
In the absence of an invoice indicating the reason for the return. If the invoice has not been saved, you can always print it on the website, in the list of orders;
In case of incomplete return: the absence of the packaging in which the goods were delivered to you, labels, labels, etc.;
If these goods were in use;
Goods made to individual measurements, as well as purchased at a discount;
Goods, the list of which is determined by the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 dated March 19, 1994, are not subject to return. We can not.
